Sinotrans Container Lines Trade Notice - Updated Regulations on Container Weight at CNNGB Port

Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you about updated container weight regulations introduced at Ningbo Port, effective immediately. These regulations apply to both import and export containers. Containers exceeding a total gross weight of 32.5T (cargo weight plus container tare weight) will incur a heavy weight surcharge, which will be recovered in Ningbo.
The surcharge rates are as follows:
Origin or Destination Ningbo: USD 100/20’ and USD 150/40’
Cargo Transhipping at Ningbo: USD 200/20’ and USD 300/40’
To avoid these charges, we strongly recommend reviewing the weights of your shipments to ensure that gross container weights do not exceed 32.5T, especially for cargo originating in, destined for, or transhipping via Ningbo.

Pacific Forum Line Trade Notice: Bunker Adjustment Factor Surcharge Effective 1st of June 2025
Dear Valued Customers,
PFL wishes to advise the Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) Surcharge applicable on all shipment’s
effective from 1st of June 2025 will be as follows:
Notes:
- Reefers: to be applied at a trade coefficient of 1.5 per TEU of DRY, Australia to South Pacific Islands USD499.5 per TEU / Australia to New Zealand USD265.5 per TEU.
- BAF for NZ/AU to PNG and Cook Island trades are communicated separately.

Pacific Forum Line Trade Notice: AUSPAC – NPDL Tahiti Dry Docking (Capitaine Kupe Replacement)
Dear Valued Customer,
Due to our vessel dry docking programme, the NPDL Tahiti will be replaced by the Capitaine Kupe for
two voyages in the AUSPAC service.
Voyage 2508 will be the NPDL Tahiti’s last voyage in AUSPAC before dry dock. She will complete her
normal rotation up to Port Vila for a discharge only stop before proceeding to China for her dry dock.
The Capitaine Kupe Voy 2508S will join the AUSPAC service in Suva on 10-Apr and then proceed to
Newcastle to commence her AUSPAC rotation. Any exports from Suva to Australia/New Caledonia will
be loaded on the Capitaine Kupe 2508S in Suva.
Once the NPDL Tahiti departs Newcastle we will publish an updated schedule for AUSPAC Voy 2508

Pacific Forum Line Trade Notice: AUSPAC – NPDL Tahiti 2508N – Australian Port Rotation change
Dear Valued Customer,
We regret to advise that due to weather induced port closures in Newcastle and Sydney, the NPDL
Tahiti Voy 2508N has incurred schedule delays.
She arrived in Newcastle on 30th March but has been unable to depart due to severe swells resulting
in restricted vessel movements by the port authority. She is expected to depart today late evening.
To rectify her schedule, she will amend her port rotation on the Australian coast and call Melbourne
before Sydney. The updated schedule is below with Sydney and Brisbane dates subject to berth
availability.
