Dear Valued Customer,
PFL wishes to advise the Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) Surcharge applicable on all shipment’s
effective from 1st of October 2025 will be as follows :
Notes:
- Reefers: to be applied at a trade coefficient of 1.5 per TEU of DRY, Australia to South Pacific Islands USD532.5 per TEU / Australia to New Zealand USD232.5 per TEU.
- BAF for NZ/AU to PNG and Cook Island trades are communicated separately

Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that due to rising costs of operating into the region and significant investment in new reefer
and dry equipment, we will be implementing a General Rate Increase (GRI) from Australia and New Zealand to
Papua New Guinea as outlined below.
This increase will take effect for all cargo loading on or after 1st October 2025.
