Sinotrans Container Lines Trade Notice – Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) – Effective 1 April 2026

Dear Valued Customers,

Due to the recent increase in global fuel prices, driven by ongoing developments in the Middle East, bunker costs have risen significantly across the shipping industry.

To help offset these increased operating costs and maintain reliable service levels, an Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) will be introduced as follows:

This surcharge will apply to all trades ex Australia and will be effective from shipments on YM EVOLUTION 100N onwards.

Pacific Forum Line Trade Notice – Updated Notice on Implementation of Emergency Fuel Adjustment Factor (EFAF) for Partner Operated Services

Dear Valued Customer,

Further to our recent advisory dated March 17th 2026, we wish to inform the EFAF on trades operated by our
partner carriers also extends to the Papua New Guinea tradelane. Please refer to the below summary
confirming trades on which the EFAF will be applied and note this charge is in addition to our recently
published BAFs which are effective from April 1st to April 15th.

Notes:
• For cargo to Pohnpei, Kosrae and Majuro on Mariana Express Liness MSP service, PFL Inter-Island rate will apply with no EFAF

We will continue to monitor and update the EFAF as required.

The EFAF will be applied in addition to our published BAFs as summarised below.

Pacific Forum Line Trade Notice – Amended Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) effective 1st – 15th of April 2026 for Pacific Forum Line Operated Services

Dear Valued Customer,

Further to our last advisory dated March 6, 2026, we wish to inform you that due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and continued escalation of Fuel/Bunker prices, we will be adjusting our BAF policy for Pacific Forum Line operated services as follows:

•BAF will be calculated bi-monthly;
•The effective date will be the start or mid-month subject to timing of the calculation

Based on the bunker prices for the first half of March, the updated BAFs for 1 to 15 April 2026 will be as follows, superseding our previous BAF announcement on 27 February 2026.

Notes:
•Reefers to be applied at a trade coefficient of 1.5 per TEU of Dry, Australia to South Pacific Islands USD811.5 per TEU.
•For Pago Pago, regulated by the Federal Maritime Commission, the effective date will be 15 April 2026.

Pacific Forum Line Trade Notice – Potential mid-month Emergency Bunker calculation

Dear Valued Customer,

You will be aware of the current Middle East conflict which has, amongst other things, forced the closure of the
Strait of Hormuz. This closure has significantly disrupted most shipping services operating into the Arabian Gulf.

As the same time, fuel & bunker prices have escalated significantly, both in the Middle East and at all bunker
points globally.

PFL operates a monthly bunker price review, matched by a monthly BAF Adjustment where triggered.
Given the speed of implementation and size of the bunker price increases, we are now monitoring these
developments closely. We wish to advise that, if necessary, we may need to trigger an Emergency calculation
mid-month to ensure that our BAF reflects this pricing trend and the cost impact to our fleet operations.

PFL will ensure we keep you aware of developments and any decision to implement this emergency review.

Pacific Forum Line Trade Notice – PNG Bunker Adjustment Factor effective from 1st of April 2026

Dear Valued Customer,

We wish to advise the Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF) applicable on all northbound shipments from Australia
and New Zealand to Papua New Guinea for Q2 2026, effective from 1st of April will be as follows:

The above will be applied for any shipments showing a PFL Bill of Lading date on/after 1st of April 2026.
