Notes:
- Reefers: to be applied at a trade coefficient of 1.5 per TEU of DRY, Australia to South Pacific Islands USD531 per TEU / Australia to New Zealand USD211.5 per TEU.
- BAF for NZ/AU to Cook Island trade is communicated separately.
