Notes:

• Reefers: to be applied at a trade coefficient of 1.5 per TEU of DRY, Australia to South Pacific Islands USD462 per TEU / Australia to New Zealand USD318 per TEU.
• BAF for NZ/AU to Cook Island trade is communicated separately.
